Students ages 8–18 will showcase what they've learned this semester in big bands and small groups, playing music from artists across generations of jazz, including Duke Ellington, Coleman Hawkins, Wynton Marsalis, Ella Fitzgerald and Quincy Jones. They will also showcase music written and arranged by Tri-C JazzFest Academy faculty members and guest clinicians including Johnny Cochran, Bryan Thomas and Sam Blakeslee.
