Avery Orille, former Avon Lake High School standout, played on Friday, March 7 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Friday, March 7, former Avon Lake High School standout Avery Orille’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wayne State Wildcats.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at Duvall-Rosier Field against Fairmont State Fighting Falcons.
