Avon High School standout Jackie Pengel’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, March 15

On Saturday, March 15, former Avon High School standout Jackie Pengel’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Duke Blue Devils.

The game took place at Duke Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Blue Devils this season.

The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 4 p.m. at Skytop Softball Stadium against Niagara Purple Eagles.
