On Friday, Feb. 14, former Avon High School standout Jackie Pengel’s college team won in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 14, former Avon High School standout Jackie Pengel’s current college team, the Syracuse Orange, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.

The game took place at South Commons Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Orange’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3 p.m. at South Commons Complex against Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
