Tommy Sala, former Lakewood High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Tuesday, March 18 in Division II NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Tuesday, March 18, former Lakewood High School standout Tommy Sala’s current collegiate team the Nova Southeastern Sharks won 76-69 against the Alabama Huntsville Chargers in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rick Case Arena, this was the first game against the Alabama Huntsville Chargers during the championship.

Tommy Sala’s hometown is Lakewood and game position is forward.
