Seneca County Commissioner, Bill Frankart, has recently become a member of the Tiffin Kiwanis Club, an organization known for its substantial impact on the lives of children. The club runs service leadership programs catering to various age groups: K-Kids for elementary students, Builders Club for middle schoolers, Key Club for high school students, and Circle K International for college students.

According to a press release from Seneca County, Frankart expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to join such an influential club. He said, "I am thankful to the Tiffin Kiwanis Club for inviting me to address them today, providing updates on county projects. The Kiwanis is an admirable organization contributing greatly to our community. It was a privilege to be sponsored by Sharon Rigby for membership."

In the same press release, Kiwanian Sharon Rigby spoke about her long-standing friendship with Frankart and how she had proposed his membership. She stated that he was "really happy and wanted to join."

Jeffrey Kuhn, another member of the Tiffin Kiwanis Club, highlighted their accomplishments in the press release from Seneca County. He proudly noted that they have "the largest Aktion Club in the State of Ohio." The Aktion Club is a global organization supported by Tiffin Kiwanis that serves adults with disabilities and boasts over 10,000 members worldwide.
