The Bay Village Architectural Board of Review will hear three hearings on proposals for signage by three local businesses at its Wednesday, Oct. 25 meeting.

According to the Rocky River Architectural Board of Review's Oct. 25 agenda, the first applicant is Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices located at 27211 Wolf Road. The realty company is seeking approval to install a 19-inch by 107-inch sign on the north side of the building, replacing the previous "Allstate" signage.

Another applicant, The Village Project, plans to install two signs at 27378 W. Oviatt Road. The signs will say "village project market" and "village project" and will be placed on the south and west sides of the building.

Bethesda on the Bay is the third applicant, and they are requesting four separate signs. The main ground sign will replace the retaining wall on the north side of the property and will serve as an electronic message center for Bethesda on the Bay Lutheran Church & Childcare Center. Other signs will be located on the west side and by the childcare center's main entrance, including a directional sign for childcare traffic flow.

The Bay Village Architectural Board of Review meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at City Hall, located at 350 Dover Center Road. The sign applications will also go before the Rocky River Planning Commission and the City Council for approval.
