Final exams and essays can be stressful. If you need a break, the Chill Zone can provide some much needed stress-free activities.
Every day in the Library, you can:
• Relax with a coloring book or poster
• Play video games,
• Do a jigsaw puzzle
• Hang out by a cracking fireplace.
The Library will also be offering Random Snacks of Kindness on, well, random days.
On 12/5 and 12/6 in the Library, come pet a therapy dog between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.!
On 12/7 from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 12/8 from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. in the Library, get a quick chair massage.
On 11/29 and 12/1 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Library, you can make your own stress balls while talking to one of our Counselors about healthy coping strategies.
Stop by the Tutoring Center to play a game of cornhole (and maybe get some help with an assignment).
