Olmsted Township home prices fell in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Olmsted Township fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,500 - a 2.8 percent decrease from the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Olmsted Township in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,974, approximately 2.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
