Dr. Michael Horvath attended the 2022 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual conference in Seattle, WA from April 27 through April 30, 2022. He presented a poster titled "FSSB and family-friendly policy attitudes among tenure-track faculty" in the conference.
The SIOP annual conference is the most important yearly event for the I-O community. The objective of this conference is advancing the scientific mission of SIOP, translating scientific knowledge to tackle real-world problems in collaboration with organization leaders, communities, and policymakers, and promoting individual and organizational health and effectiveness.
