Median home prices in Lakewood rose to $232,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Lakewood rose by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 43.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,000 - a 30.7% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Lakewood in February 2021.
