February 2022: Middleburg Heights experienced a 11.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Middleburg Heights rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in February 2021.
