Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Berea rose by $12,820 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $144,680 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Berea in February 2021.
