North Olmsted home prices fell in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in North Olmsted fell by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in North Olmsted in February 2021.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
