2021: North Olmsted experienced a 12.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in North Olmsted rose by $21,400 while total sales increased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 480 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $168,600 median sale price for the previous year. There were 477 homes sold in North Olmsted in 2020.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
