Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Berea rose by $23,900 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 256 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $148,100 median sale price for the previous year. There were 265 homes sold in Berea in 2020.
