Bedford home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Bedford rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 216 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 17.2% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Bedford in 2020.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,435, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for 2021.
