Median home prices in Fairview Park rose to $229,250 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fairview Park rose by $40,250 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,250 - a 21.3% increase over the $189,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Fairview Park in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairview Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,651, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
