Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Berea rose by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $153,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Berea in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,596, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
