Bay Village home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Bay Village rose by $27,550 while total sales decreased by 42.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 10.6% increase over the $259,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Bay Village in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bay Village for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,100, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
