How did home prices perform in Westlake during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Westlake rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Westlake in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
