Broadview Heights median home prices rose by 29.9% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Broadview Heights rose by $61,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,500 - a 29.9% increase over the $206,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Broadview Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.
