The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Fairview Park rose by $29,050 while total sales decreased by 29.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Fairview Park in the fourth quarter of 2020.
