The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Olmsted Falls increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Olmsted Falls rose by $6,625 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,625 - a 3.8% increase over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Falls for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,256, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
