Home prices decreased in Westlake during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Westlake fell by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 8.7% decrease over the $214,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Westlake in December 2020.
