December 2021: Olmsted Falls experienced a 12% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Olmsted Falls rose by $19,250 while total sales decreased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 12% increase over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in December 2020.
