December 2021: Home prices in Bedford increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Bedford rose by $26,050 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,500 - a 21.8% increase over the $119,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Bedford in December 2020.
