City of Berea recently issued the following announcement.
Upcoming road closure announcement : Sheldon Road to be closed for water main repairs.
A portion of Sheldon Road in Brook Park will be closed for water main repairs, beginning Monday, Jan. 10.
Sheldon will be closed to traffic at Abrams Creek. Detour signs will be posted. Traffic will be rerouted down Eastland Road to the west and down Engle Road to the East. Work on the Cleveland Water Department mains will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 12 and will take two to three weeks.
