Avon home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Avon fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Avon in November 2020.
