Median home prices in Westlake rose to $300,000 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Westlake rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Westlake in November 2020.
