Median home prices in Olmsted Falls fell to $150,000 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Olmsted Falls fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 57.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 16.7% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in November 2020.
