Brooklyn home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Brooklyn rose by $20,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,450 - a 15.5% increase over the $135,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Brooklyn in October 2020.
