Rocky River home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Rocky River rose by $34,500 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $285,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Rocky River in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Rocky River for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,098, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
