Olmsted Township median home prices fell by 0.4% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Olmsted Township fell by $1,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,200 - a 0.4% decrease over the $246,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Olmsted Township in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,974, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
