What happened to the median home price in Berea during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Berea rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Berea in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,596, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
