Sheffield median home prices fell by 11.5% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Sheffield fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 11.5% decrease over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sheffield in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
