Pricing for the median home in Westlake decreased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Westlake fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $265,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Westlake in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
