September 2021: Home prices in Lakewood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Lakewood rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 59.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,500 - a 1.9% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Lakewood in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,988, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
