How did home prices perform in Sheffield during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sheffield rose by $53,000 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 22.6% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Sheffield in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
