August 2021: Home prices in Avon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Avon rose by $65,050 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $314,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Avon in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
