Sheffield home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Sheffield rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 29.5% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sheffield in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
