Home prices increased in Elyria during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Elyria rose by $13,550 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,750 - a 11.4% increase over the $119,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Elyria in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
