Olmsted Township median home prices rose by 48.1% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Olmsted Township rose by $96,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,500 - a 48.1% increase over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Olmsted Township in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,974, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
