Pricing for the median home in North Olmsted decreased during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in North Olmsted fell by $3,505 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,495 - a 2% decrease over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in North Olmsted in July 2020.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,699, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
