July 2021: Home prices in Avon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Avon rose by $70,100 while total sales increased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 21.3% increase over the $328,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Avon in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
