Median home prices in Elyria rose to $125,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Elyria rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $114,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Elyria in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,844, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
