How did home prices perform in Westlake during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Westlake rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $244,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Westlake in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
