The first half of 2021: Middleburg Heights experienced a 3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Middleburg Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 42.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 3% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Middleburg Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,105, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
