What happened to the median home price in Olmsted Falls during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Olmsted Falls rose by $10,401 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,901 - a 6.6% increase over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Falls for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,256, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
