Pricing for the median home in Berea increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Berea rose by $25,568 while total sales increased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 138 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 18% increase over the $141,932 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Berea in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,596, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
